From filing patterns. When an applicant keeps the same foreign firm while its domestic firm changes, the applicant likely makes the choice. When the foreign firm changes along with the domestic firm, the domestic firm likely makes it. This is an estimate from public filings, so confirm referral arrangements with the firm itself.
Yes. The patent product covers shared filings between firms, who likely chooses the foreign firm, market corridors, and partner discovery. The trademark product covers cross-border families, applicants, representative connections, candidate ranking, and family-level review across IP5.
Yes. A 14-day free evaluation offers limited candidate viewing and comparison without a credit card. Downloads are a fixed example CSV with fictional records. Full profiles, detailed patent evidence, prosecution analysis, and selected candidate summaries in CSV or XLSX require Professional. Paid access starts when you subscribe and are charged at checkout. The free evaluation never converts to a paid subscription automatically.
You can export summaries for selected candidates in CSV or XLSX for internal use. Your organization shares an allowance of 200 new summaries per month and 600 in any rolling 365 days, including on annual billing. Identical downloads, format changes and memo edits are free; new summary content uses allowance. Summaries use FlowIP's standard source period. Raw cases, families, applicant lists, network connections and bulk API downloads are not included. Your own notes and decisions export separately without using the summary allowance.
